At DNine, we understand how important it is for your to receive your orders on time without any damage to the quality or the integrity of the products. Hence we are very particular about our shipping and delivery processes that are designed to ensure that we dispatch and deliver all our orders in optimum time.

  1. All orders placed before 5:00 pm will be processed for dispatch within the same day. Any order that comes after 5:00 pm will be processed the next day.
  2. Once your orders are sent for processing we ideally ship them within 48 hours. However in some cases, subject to the availability of products, some orders might take longer to be shipped, but not longer than 1 week.
  3. Most orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. But this may vary depending on our logistics partners and the accessibility to the address of delivery.
  4. In the event that we are unable to ship your order in full/or in part, within 7 days from the time of completing payment, we will cancel the order on your behalf and ensure that the amount is refunded back to your account. We will also send you an email notifying you of the same.
  5. We deliver on all days except Sundays and holidays.
  6. We have partnered with a large network of reputed logistics partners to ensure that we can deliver your products on time and without damage.
  7. We try as much as possible to ship all items of your order together in one delivery. However, this might not always be possible due to the availability of certain products.
  8. We currently offer delivery across Kerala.
  9. We offer Free Shipping to all orders above the value of INR 2000 only.
  10. Upon delivery, if you find the package to be tampered with or in damaged condition, please refuse to accept the order and contact our customer care team immediately and site your order/receipt number. Goods once accepted cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded.
  11. If you wish to order multiple items or more quantities of the same item and ship them to multiple addresses, please make separate orders for each address. 
  12. DNine does not take responsibility for delays in order delivery due to unpredictable or unforeseen situations that affect the performance of our logistics partners, such as floods, earthquakes, or any natural disasters, government-ordered hartals, strikes or lockdowns, etc.
